Veronica Foods is currently the only company in the world to carry and sell this fused artisan oil. Produced by combining Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh, whole, green Baklouti chilies, the two and only these two ingredients are then crushed and mixed in the malaxer fusing the fresh green pepper with the olive oil. Baklouti adds a new and surprising dimension to salsas of all types. This is a truly unique artisan product that has hundreds of applications.
