Fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley and a hint of mint.  Traditionally served with osso bucco, veal, and other slow braised dishes.  Fabulous for marinated poultry and in dressings when paired with Oregano or Sicilian Lemon.
